“You Got This” was a Nike social campaign dedicated to addressing the alarming dropout rates of girls in sport. Unlike typical product-driven initiatives, this campaign focused on inspiration, recognition, and encouragement — reaffirming Nike’s commitment to keeping girls active during one of the most pivotal stages of their lives.

We built authentic connections by meeting girls (ages 10–16) in their own spaces — across music, culture and movement on their favorite platform, TikTok. Through unscripted conversations with friends, Nike Athletes and creators, the campaign spotlighted real stories while inviting girls to join the #YouGotThis Challenge, powered by an original track from Flyana Boss. The result was an empowering message that helped girls build confidence, discover their strength, and see sport as a lifelong source of community.
